God speaks.
I hear Spirit’s laughter in the bubbling brook,
Life’s Renewal In the waterfall that tumbles over stone and rock
Smoothing out rough edges over time.
May Spirit’s gentle hands smooth out my own rough edges
And bring the grace of Living Water.
Swift and powerful–
I see God’s handiwork
Transporting all through the centuries
Bringing Life to those on its banks.
May I surrender to the mighty river’s flow
As I myself ride the current of Spirit’s power.
I hear God’s whisper,
Sensing the presence of Faithful Seekers throughout the ages.
Beauty and majesty surround me
as I gaze in awe at towering spires
And meditate in rainbow colors from scenes of Saints.
May God’s light infuse my being.
I hear God’s call
At times the way is clear–
At times we search–
Seeking clarity;
Weary and footsore
Yet always glad to continue our Sacred Journey.
May Spirit guide my Path of Service.
Our Pilgrim Journey ended
We savor rest, cool breezes, and cherished memories.
May these Pilgrim Lessons become part of me
Throughout the coming years.
